In addition, as others have mentioned, the floor is spring-loaded. You ever been on one? I've spent a lot of time on those things. Truly amazing how high you can jump just by pumping your calves.
If you watch the slo-mo (or any slo-mo of these kinds of flips), you notice that very little of the jump is coming directly from her legs, as it does in high jump.
Instead, the horizontal speed she gains is channelled directly into the floor at an angle on the two-footed takeoff. This takes advantage of the springs and launches her into the air.
Now, she has EXTREMELY powerful legs to be able to maintain the rigidity necessary to channel her speed in a straight line directly into the floor, then rotating out of it. But without that gymnastics floor design, she wouldn't get any height off this jump.
