For me, the answer is no, unless you count a quarter mile to church when I am late :-) Then another half mile to the house and back to fetch a diaper or a snack for a hungry kid.
Sunday is a nice day of rest. I make my Saturday run hard enough to where I am looking forward to resting on Sunday. A day of rest once a week also serves as a buffer against gradual overtraining and injuries that could creep up on you. With that buffer I am able to train hard all year round and not need breaks. I initially started resting on Sunday when I joined the Church purely as a matter of obedience, but after a couple of years began to appreciate the physiological benefits of it.
