Trump is good at misdirection and his followers are also. His followers just spout things like "Carl is a drug cheat" which does absolutely nothing to disprove what he says. It is his opinion and people don't have to like it, but it is freedom of speech. Please realize that those attacking Carl are doing so because they don't like that his opinion based on years of well documented Trump actions. Trump supporters are either OK with his misogynist and racist actions or they refuse to believe that supporting him make them complicit in these actions and speech. Again, that is a form of free speech which most people claim to believe in, but usually only when it is good for their own cause.

Carl's ex-wife says he's racist (regarding his comments about Ben Johnson) and abusive.

Here's what I think is interesting. Donald Trump lived for 70 years - as one of the more well-known public figures - and yet, no one could figure out he was a racist until he became president. If that makes sense to you, you probably need to get either off your meds or get on some to help you.

Never heard accusations of racism against him, till he started running for president. A man who is a friend of many blacks too. And has put some in positions of power in his cabinet.

people knew he was a racist in 1989 when he took out full-page advertisements in New York City newspapers calling for the death penalty in response to a case in which the five black and Latino teenagers were wrongfully convicted of rape.
