I hit my 20+ mile LR pretty hard. I was wary of coming down with a minor cold the day before, so I slept in. I felt good, though, and just went out at 725-7:30 tempo the first 6 miles. Started cooking on the flats of the West Side Highway, and the weather was pretty perfect even though I thought it'd be warm. Not sure if my GPS was a bit off but it had me running some very low 6-minute miles to close out. I was cooking and due to crowds and lights I got in some built-in lights.
Legs were thrashed Saturday night and Sunday morning, but recovered now! Down week upcoming with some travel and such.
