Hello LR, I am an upcoming senior who has had training that could be called anything but consistent throughout high school. I have had an interesting high school career where I brokeout but then plateud and thats due to my work ethic. As a Freshman I was running maybe 15-20 MPW with no summer training, sophomore was 25-30 MPW with 20 MPW during summer, then junior was about the same. Now I want to progress to be a real competitor at the state meet for xc and track. I will try to log my weekly mileage on here but I might forget sometimes haha.

Tue - 0.5 WU, 3 Mile Moderate @ 6:02, 1.5 CD (5 miles)
Wed - 0.5 WU, Fartlek (4 min easy, 6 x 1 on/2 off, 4 min easy) [4 miles]
Thu - 3 Mile Easy @ 7:15
Fri - 0.5 WU, 5 Mile Easy @ 7:03, 0.5 CD [6 miles]
Sat - Rest
Mileage: 26 miles
Hoping to keep increasing and get my PRs down to become a real top 5 competitor at state.
