So, what I am reading from most of the posts is that an athlete acting like a complete fool is okay because it will get him paid. This is what is wrong. Have a great time, but be classy. No one says you can't have fun, but Lyles seems like he is REALLY trying to impress people with his antics. If it came naturally, I think I would be more respectful of him. Its not natural, its forced to look "cool". When Michael Norman beat his ass in the 200 how did Norman react? He shook Lyles hand, then waved to the crowd and smiled and seemed appreciative. That is class. Lyles may become the fastest sprinter on the planet, but unless he learns to "act like you've been there before" I won't be one to respect him. Just a guy who loves sport opinion.
