Interesting. I'd say the phases of human movement in increasing speed order are -
Walking > Speed Walking > Skipping > Jogging > Running > Sprinting.

Nike gets no money from this household.
I watched one of those unboxing videos on youtube for these shoes. The youtuber didn’t like them because apparently the air trapped between the little balls causes a farting noise when your foot strikes the ground.
This is a nice deflection from the news that Nike dropped Alyson Felix because she got pregnant!! It's been a terrible 2019 summer for Nike. How dare you listen to Kaepernick's girlfriend, and take the American flag shoes off the market. I'm proud of the American flag. And I'm proud to be a citizen of the greatest country in the history of mankind!
Talked to Craig Engles about it(he was involved in one of the promotional videos for the shoes) and he says he prefers the Pegasus

Sounds like a plus to me.

Just to be clear - I absolutely don't care whether a 30 min 5k'r calls themself a "runner". All I was trying to do was educate you from the opposite end of your clearly very focused thought process spectrum as to why someone who was a runner might get miffed by them using that title, as they weren't actually running, without resorting to thinking they had to be a "p*ssy".
However given I clearly cannot get any indication that you understand that difference between jogging & running (there's only jogging or sprinting by your own definition "Jogging is a form of running. Sprinting is a form of running") I'm obviously wasting my time.
Good day to you Sir.
I don't care whether you call yourself after me.
The hobbiest jogger wrote:People on this forum are obsessed with calling runners "hobby joggers". It's a way for them to put other people down so they can feel better about themselves. Lots of people here are indeed pretty fast, but not fast enough to do anything with their running, so they attack others to at least feel some kind of superiority in the running world.
There's nothing wrong with running as a hobby. Too many people out there with self inflicted health problems. More people should run.
And also are elites not allowed to be shoe geeks and have fun with gear? Who gets to say this shoe is only for "hobby joggers"?
Very true. Even if you are a 30 minute flat 10K road runner you probably can't make a living at it. Sure you can win the local 10K's but when there is some real money out there the elites come in and drop a low 28 10K while you are cruising in their wake a couple of minutes back.
