Same teams, slightly different order on the Men. I'm also picking Mines for RMAC champs again, but they get beat by Western and Adams at Nationals.

I think any of Adams, Mary, GV could be in any of those top 3 spots, but your order is probably the most likely.

There is a darkhorse team that you wont see coming....just wait for it ;)
Cal State East Bay in Hayward?
Western will win they have some studs
Taylor stack (13:58 5k 3:47 1500 8:56 Steeple)
Charlie Sweeney (14:00 5k 29:43 10k)
Ross husch (14:12 5k 3:47 1500)
GV loses panning and Stieble but has no depth other than their top two runners
Colorado mines will be good and Adams will be good
As far as individual finishes I think Taylor stack from western wins it

Really? It doesn’t surprise me. Talked to him at an indoor meet at grand valley and he seemed very cocky. Assumed he would never last in the sport with that type of attitude. Does anyone know why he quit?
I heard he just didn't wanna run anymore. Can confirm he quit cause he's not on the 2019 online roster

That would be a shock considering who knows when the last time a team in that conference even got on the podium in cross country
