Baltimore is overrated!
Baltimore is overrated!
Overrated based upon what?
Culture? Food? Entertainment? Running scene?

I don't think anyone has put Baltimore highly rated in the last 20 years, so try again.
Other than the aquarium and Camden Yards as a stadium, it's crap hole.
Honestly, if it wasn't for the proximity to Washington DC and the fact it's right off I-95, the amount of visitors would be slim to none.
Miami.
Southern California is better in every way.
Kansas City is sh!t from what I’ve seen, Tulsa and Oklahoma City too.
Flagstaff or Boulder, pick one.

Agreed on Kansas City. They seem to hang their hat on jazz music for some reason, like that's even a thing. And BBQ, even though you can go south and east of there, stop pretty much anywhere, and get better BBQ than anywhere in KC.
And just like with Tulsa and OKC, winter happens there, it's pretty much bible belt, and anyone who likes it there is either insane or has a severe case of coping mechanism.
It might not be overrated (because I've never heard people say it's an amazing city), but I have always wondered what the draw of Charlotte, NC is. It just seems like a city and suburbs that were created starting the in 1970s and has become the definition of Suburbia USA. Other than NASCAR crap and work for a bank is there anything to do?
The most heavily overrated city I’ve ever been to is Prague. What a garbage hole.

Both are great, except Flagstaff has fewer companies (eg Gore but not sure of the others).
Boulder has a bit of every kind of company plus the yuppie-ness and CrossFit health wannabe crowd to it. And it is not THAT expensive compared to coastal areas. Also real estate there has been one of the best performers in USA over past 30 years. Obviously past performance no guarantee of future but the restrictive zoning helps
I know it is cliche at this point but of all the cities I've been to in the US, San Francisco is the one I was most disappointed in. It's annoyingly hilly, dirty, and I saw someone drop their pants and projectile poop right in front of me at 2 in the afternoon. Golden Gate park pales in comparison to places like Central Park, Emerald Necklace, Verdugo Mountains for running.

Do you think Oklahoma City and Tulsa are highly rated by those not living there? Or do you not understand the concept of overrated.
All cities are overrated except for Sitka, AK. It is the largest city in the US (larger than Delaware and Rhode Island combined in terms of total land and water area and 3 times the size of Rhode Island) and one of the least populated. In fact, many areas have more bears than people.

Bet that book is a real rip-roaring read.
Small towns can be great,.......Suburbia not so much.
Suburbia reminds me of those dead zones in the ocean. It's where people go when they want the anti-social anonymity of the city but also the conformity and lack of artistic and intellectual stimulus of a small town.

You should move to the Raleigh/Durham Research Triangle area. You express just the hipster inbred ideas that fit in so well there. You are a renaissance man and being a renaissance man you know you could also be a woman.
