I am now a mother of 13 months kid. I learned to swim at 2011, and started regular ourdoor running since 2013, just for killing time. After I started to work, I run 3 times a week at gym to relieve stress. But after pregnance and gave birth to baby, i neven run. But I can't stand more on my fat, I went back to work now, and I became fatter. So, I hope i can lose weight in 1 month to lose 3kg. Do you think running will be helpful? I want to join the gym again, but it is not a small expense. Because I am not sure if I can stick to it. Also I don't have much time to go outside. But really hope to keep exercising. So, I join this forum and hope to learn some useful advice from you guys. Thanks a lot.
