Need some advice on training for my first half marathon! Started walking/running in April, and have progressed to 3, sometimes 4 miles/day, usually 6 days/week.....SOOO, some of the training programs I've seen online have outlined a schedule for folks that have been running "for a while", and some that have said "a year". I've been pretty consistent and feel I'm ready for the challenge.
Just looking for some feedback here, thanks for any and all input..
