Hand timed. 12.1 realistically.
I want to inadvertently hijack this thread with some narcissism, but I don't mean for it to be a trolling of Symmonds or anything, so if no one wants to bite I'd be cool with it. Having said that...
Basically, Symmonds ran a 4.36 (I think timed by laser and a hand pad) 30 meter run before this 11.7 100m Dash, and additionally ran a 3.22 flying 30 meter run. Today, I clocked myself using Coach's Eye and ALSO ran a 4.36 (based on first movement on Coach's Eye) while running in Asics Gel Exalt 3s and using no blocks (slight approximation of a sprint start, but from a mostly standing position). I was planning on recording a 20 meter fly in the Asics today, too, but screwed it up and didn't get it recorded. But I did record myself with Coach's Eye in spikes running a 4.23 flying 40 meter three days ago, and I think in that 40 meter run I had around a 3.10 30 meter split in there.
He's running 11.7x (or 11.9x/12.0x if it wasn't FAT) with his data. So...what might I be capable of running? Any ideas? Ignore me if need be...
