Who from Eldoret has run 3:30? It's a real question.

Agreed, good run for Schneider. We saw her a week ago at a resort in Scottsdale.

Look at the 800 pr's of the Ingebrigtsens. None are close to what you might expect for 3:30-32. The reason is that they do not train at sub mile pace, unless you count short sprints and hill repeats. They could do it, I am sure, but it would involve changing up their training quite a bit. Jakob can run sub 13.
People forget here that Jakob broke the age 14 WR only 4 years ago for 800m. I think he's ran something like three 800m's since then, the last in 2017 where he came 3rd in the Norwegian national championships at age 16 (and was competing in a couple of other events too I think).
Are people basing his 'lack of 800m ability' upon the fact that he's been outkicked in a slow race by a 1:43 800m runner a couple of times?
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
