I was wondering how they can do that. If you pay for your ticket and record the races how can they say you cannot post them. Maybe you can't monetize them but what if your son or daughter was running and you want to post it for the rest of the family to see. Are you telling me that if my kid is running an AAU meet that they cover, I cannot record it and put it on Youtube for Grandma dribblebib, who doesn't get out much anymore, to see it in Idaho? That cannot be legal!
Any ACTUAL legal scholars on this issue here?
