Posted awhile back was an interesting article about the training of Mark Carroll and the philospohy of his coach Jim Harvey. Any one have this info that can be reposted in additon to any new info related to Jim Harvey's marathon training plan with Mark. I recall reading the training plan is on a 9 or 10 day schedule followed by two complete days of rest and really emphasizes aerobic work and longer slower intevals. Not really a surprise, but would be interested in seeing how he pieces this together. Appears to be quite sound as Mark run sub 211 in his debut.
