Nicole Bitters moved into 5th at Foresthill, passing YiOu Wang, and closed the gap to 2nd-4th. She seemed to be struggling earlier. Not that YiOu Wang seemed to be having issues, but Nicole seems to have sped up compared to the others. She has the Eye of the Tiger. :-)

Nonsense invented by that poster. Google search indicates 2 hits. both to LRC for posts made that that same person.
It means "HELP! I have an untreated mental illness!"
Mocko is Chris Mocko, aka "the Mocko Show" is an internet/instagram/strava elite.
A cismale is a male who was born as an actual male. You know, 2019 now.
Both Walmsley and Hazen averaged 6:48 pace in the 5 mile split to the river crossing. No ultra shuffle for them. Here's Hazen:

No "s" in her name. She is half of ultrarunning's fastest couple, with Zach.
Walmsley is at mile 80 in 11:08. No dropping now. Just has to keep that 10 minute cushion over Hazen for a little longer.
What place is Mocko?
The irunfar twitter feed hasn’t been listing him, so I’m guessing he’s out of the top 10.
Mocko show go!!!
It's a race! Jim 12:13 pace for the 1.8 mile climbing split after the river. Jared 11:03 pace for the same climb, and now only 8 minutes back.
Usually the tracking is abysmal and tweets are more reliable.

Good lord, Hazen is having a monster run.
Chris Mocko is a world class internet athlete. That is where the buck stops.

Jim did a shoe change, so maybe that was the difference in the split.
Think that's right...I wonder if Jim knows how close behind him Jared is?
3 women in the top 10?
I wonder if Anton Krupicka was still able to run how he would fair?
The look a man has when he decided he will hunt down Jim in the last 10 miles of a 100??????
It's on.

Jim always some sorts of misadventure on his runs. He yielded two-minutes switching shoes, changing shirts, and drinking a lot of soda. Hopefully the soda was de-fizzed. Jim's misadventures may continue--certainly if the soda was not de-fizzed and takes over command of his stomach.
