18 weeks down, 5 to go. After a rocky stretch last week things are trending in the right direction again. I’m doing everything I can to focus on sleep. I feel good off 6.5-7.5 hrs a night. Things get tough when I have nights of 4.5-5.5 hrs. When this whole thing started 5:18 pace seemed impossibly fast. It’s definitely encouraging to run way faster than marathon goal pace at the end of my long runs. Good week.

Now closing 20 milers in a 15:45ish 5k basically. Some days I feel like I’m already maxed out. Today I feel like I might actually pull off what J.S. thinks I can do.
