Honestly I don’t care at all. I’m feeling great, and he has been responsive and genuine with me every single day since I started working with him. For the record I do believe he coaches the athletes he says he does.
13 weeks down, 10 to go. Continue to feel stronger each week. Had to nurse a sore left Achilles a bit last week. That is now 100% without taking any additional rest. My right foot is now a tad sore. Hopefully the same strategy will work. I’ve never had many injury issues so I’m not too worried. Just gotta keep this crusty old body in one piece. Good week
