Craig Virgin may disagree, but I think it's customary to reserve the "He" for the creator.

How are recovery requirements greater for a runner with good form? Should be the opposite- if you run efficiently, you are less stressed by a given speed, and less likely to be injured.
I know, you are crying, envious, “more money more problems” unsympathetic to the talented and rich, but practically speaking, more capital, more businesses, more under your command, like a great just ruler... comes with more homework, preparation and responsibility. The vedic and Dhamma sages spoke of the naga, the streams and realities of humankind and their plight and their true conquest. So I stand by what I say.
Form your own opinions and be a go getter in the marketplace of the world. But also Seek out people of true mirth and wisdom.
Goldenmeans_ofTraining - I would like to exchange with you, if you will indulge me. There are several items I would be curious to learn your take on. If interested, please acknowledge and we can set it up. Thank you.
Imagine that, somebody here with some actually knowledge. Unlike the Brojos who simply aggregate others' work like scavengers.

I really agree with this. Whilst BTC have gotten better in the last year or so, they still have a very weak social media presence compared to other post collegiate groups. The groups profile itself and the profiles of athletes within it aren't very active. Say what you want about Tinman Elite but they are incredibly transparent and atleast attempt to be engaging.
You're not paying any attention if you think that Bowerman is any less engaging than other groups. I've run with them twice in Portland at random meetups with the public that they offer. They support an entire youth track club- their top guys and gals are at their meets to sign autographs. As someone else mentioned, their IG presence is huge.

He needs to start spelling it "Jäger" and pronouncing it like Chuck Yeager. That will reestablish his credibility.
He can do that to repay this sage advice: dude, you bounce too much! You'll never have a kick unless you can increase your cadence. Research the gravitational constant of the universe.

Arguably one of the most efficient distance runners in the sport today. The above PB's answer your idiotic "You'll never have a kick unless you can increase your cadence. Research the gravitational constant of the universe. observation. The BIGGEST mistake he can make is to try and change his natural form. His sub 8:00 min is going to come from improving his strength endurance training (laps 5, 6, and 7) while at the same time keeping his speed in check.
Don't try to re-invent the wheel.

Guy gets named as a doper by IAAF and figuratively disappears after that. If he was any other nationality we'd be crying foul. But since he's an American we just keep believing that he's "injured."
Think the whole wearing a boot and spending countless hours in the pool is a ruse, huh?
Yes. Because that's what dopers do. They lie and they deceive in order to maintain their status.

I know Jäger's PB's. They are not relevant to having a kick. There's no point getting mad about that.
Developing a kick doesn't mean you have to change your form beforehand. But it does mean understanding the importance of higher cadence, and the role of gravity in that. If you think that's "idiotic" you have much to learn.
Didn't he have a foot injury years ago that required surgery in which they actually removed a bone?
Evan Jager is the most boring pro distance runner in the US. Literally races less each year it seems. How are we supposed to be fans of athletes who don’t do anything?

I hope He will be able to run again soon.
