Alright I'm 17 and I have a bad form. Like it seems to work decently (9:39 3200 pr) but I feel like if I had a better form 1. Less injury risk and 2. Maybe better performance. So its mostly my right ankle where I kick it back with my toes pointing to the right. And I kinda strike on the ground like it too. And sometimes my knees will hit to rut together but that just might be I'm off balance sometimes. Anyway its kind of a train wreck, and sorry for the broad description but overall how do you get a better form??
