I got an invite to attend the Colombia XC camp. Is it any good? If so, what is the training like there?

Was cool to talk with Brian Chenoweth but the camp is a waste. Not much to it and you don't stay over or anything. Was useless pretty much. Go to Princeton instead. Everyone gets those invites...… they need to fill their camp.
If talking about the country, yes.

He would go and train there or at Paipa for a while, then have a bag or two of his blood removed, frozen, taken back to sea level and re-infuse it. Perfectly legal in those days. Today is called blood doping. (No, it wasn't goat milf what made him a great runner in those days)

Surely we need pics of the goat milf.
Blue Mountain is in Northeast Pennsylbama. It's not THAT far from NYC- I had some kids go there about 10 years ago, they all liked it.
Are you thinking of Peru maybe? Or Ecuador?
Where in Colombia? Bogota is at an altitude of 8,660 ft. Great for training! If you’re not totally drawn to going to Colombia, La Paz is even higher (11,942 ft). Plus there are alpacas around there.

Yes, I was distracted viewing a MILF website on a separate browser when I made the typo, my bad!
