Men:
Lehigh will look like the top team for half the season and then burn out and get 6th like usual. Army to win.
Women:
Boston might have brought in enough 24 year old foreigners to make up for having the highest injury rate in the league. Bucknell down to 4th.
Lehigh and BU for women. Army for men. BU, Navy, Bucknell in a fight for 2nd.
Who of BU’s top seven women were injured? and what’s wrong with 24yrs olds? You don’t like older women?
If you’re reference to 24yr old foreigners is referring to BU Freshmen Andrea Claeson, then yes, we need more of them.
She is pleasant to look at. :)

Gugel, the indoor and outdoor 5k champ, didn't compete at the Patriot League Championships in XC due to injury. Then Kellar their top runner in XC got hurt indoors and didn't race at all outdoors.
One of those “injuries” was a non-running related injury. So just one. What else you got?
HC women will be last.

If you are "in the know" then can you tell us what is happening with the director job? Is Spangler getting promoted? Or is Spangler going to Cal with Robyne?
Spangler is getting the Director job

Just off the top of my head, I'd say...
Floorball is a type of floor hockey with five players and a goalkeeper in each team. Men and women play indoors with 96–115.5 cm-long (37.8–45.5 in) sticks and a 22–23 cm-circumference (8.7–9.1 in) plastic ball with holes. Matches are played in three twenty-minute periods. Floorball was included in the World Games for the first time in 2017 in Wroclaw, Poland. Sweden were the first World Games gold medal winners.
I also seem to remember that: Its origins can be traced back to Michigan Lake in the 1960s where a game called Cosom Hockey was developed, although the present type of floorball was invented in Sweden in the 1970s. Floorball is most popular where it has been developed the longest, such as the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland. It is gaining popularity in Australia, New Zealand, India, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States. and the United Kingdom.
Ooh, here's a great factoid that I pulled out of my azz: As of 2014, there are over 300,133 registered floorball players worldwide. Professional leagues include Finland's Salibandyliiga and Sweden's Svenska Superligan.
My total recall of details pertaining to this most popular activity includes these tidbits: The sport is organized internationally by the International Floorball Federation (IFF). Events include an annual Euro Floorball Cup for club teams and the biennial World Floorball Championships with separate divisions for men and women. While the IFF contains 58 members, Norway, the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, and Switzerland have consistently placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd at the World Floorball Championships.
It is my considered opinion that: The sport is relatively new and therefore evolving. The basic rules were established in 1979 when the first floorball club in the world, Sala IBK from Sala, was founded in Sweden. Official rules for matches were first written down in 1981.
Can we get a "where are they now" for some of the Patriot League runners? I know a lot of them don't continue running, but those who have seem to have found at least some degree of success. Guys like Mahalsky, Mueller, and Stalnaker are still out there dropping some good times, are there any others?

Source?
Spangler got FIRED from Florida. To the best of my knowledge he has never coached a cross country All-American (his bio brags about a guy getting 49th at NCAA's when top 40 is All-American. Boston U can easily attract more accomplished coaches than him.

Maura Henderson will be continuing to run post graduation...for Lehigh! Look for this 5th year senior to lead the MountainHawks to a Patriot League Title.
The BU AD told the athletes last week that Coach Spangler would return as the head xc coach even if he does not receive the director position.
