Nope, that’s next year.
LETS GO KNICKS
No, that was game 7 and the Lakers didn't expect him to play. His mere presence deflated them. Toronto is prepared for Durant.

A healthy Kevin Durant is better than Willis Reed. A difference: Reed's teammates believed Reed was all-in. This entire season, some of Durant's teammates have doubted Durant. Doubted Durant's commitment to the team. Durant is so childish, so sensitive. All I have heard, Golden State management have been respective toward Durant. Coach Steve Kerr is a fair man. Draymond Green courtside told Durant the truth months ago. Durant wasn't playing team ball. Durant wants to leave Golden State because tv commentators such as Stephen A. Smith and Charles Barkley have stated Durant was weak to join Golden State. Based on that Durant wants to leave Golden State? That is weak!
This isn’t the 70’s, if KD tries to play injured he’ll get attacked relentlessly on D
Willis hardly played in game 7, it's not that the Lakers didnt exploit his lack of mobility. He inspired his teammates and his presence intimidated Wilt and the Lakers. Just watch the Lakers when he limped out of the tunnel.

That's not really an accurate assessment of that conversation. Durant was right in that conversation. Why was a marginal shooter/marginal ball handling/can't-creat-his-own-shot PF bringing up the ball with little time on the clock when they needed a last shot and there were some of the most lethal shooters and scores in history on the floor with him? Poor decision by Green and Durant correctly told him so. Klay Thompson didn't look too pleased with Green either on that play. That one is on Draymond. What Draymond was saying in that conversation was that they didn't need Durant to win a championship this year. Evidence is to the contrary
Have you ever seen Durant get upset when Curry or Klay look for their shot? Never.

Actually, it is pretty weak to join a 73 win team that is stocked with all-stars. KD is generally considered one of the top two players out there. He should have led OKC to the finals like Lebron led the Cavs.
Regardless, Go Toronto!
The offense for Golden State runs best when D. Green plays point forward. Green wanted Durant to throw him the ball. A couple guys set picks, a couple guys run around and attempt to get open. Durant did it his way in that game. Golden State Warriors lost that game. It's interesting that you want to fight about what occurred that game when Green was correct. Green was making a point. Green is the point forward in the half court offense. Green lead the team with 6.9 assist per game.
If OKC wanted to keep a player of Durant's caliber, they shouldn't have moved the franchise from a world class coastal city to a po-dunk dustbowl.
Go Sonics!
Are we talking about the same game? I'm talking about the game vs the clippers where Green tried to take a rebound coast to coast all by himself with just seconds left on the clock and dribbled into a quadruple tram and fell down. Somehow you make the claim that is was Durant who wasn't playing team ball on that play? He didn't even get to touch the ball!
Green is proficient at initiating the half court offense, he had NO business pushing the ball up full court himself in that situation when Durant was right there asking for the ball. If I recall correctly, Durant was on fire that game as well. If it was a half-court situation with time to swing the ball around several times and set back picks etc, that's one thing, but this was desperation, try to get a shot off at the buzzer time and Draymond blatantly ignored one of the best all-time at doing that to try to play hero ball himself.
Dramond usually makes the right decision, but this was an exception. Blaming that play on Durant is asinine.
The game in question: It was heard by all with courtside microphones. Green told Durant, "We don't need you. We won without you." That was the game Durant was a ball hog in the final minutes. You knew that poster. I do not know why you are playing dumb.
yeah that's the game. Green tried to go coast to coast all by himself and dribbled into a quadruple team and fell down and Warrior lost.
It had nothing to do with half-court offense.

Yes there are differences. Willis Reed was old and was loved by his team and fans. That made it truly a great moment.
Durant had 11 assists that game...and 4 in last 6 mins.
Toronto fans show no class- disgusting
No, then yes. KD donesky. Bad achilles = trouble permanently.
