Going to update the thread.
Lots of miles lately with two or so workouts a week and doubles often. I feel like the break I took, in hindsight, really helped me more than I thought it would have. The last few weeks my fitness has felt almost like it has hit a new level than ever before. Here are some notable workouts:
-10x1k w/ 200 jog. (3:15.5,3:18.6,3:17.6,3:18.6,3:18.8,3:18.6,
3:18.2,3:16.7,3:19.1,3:08.9). Averaged 60 seconds for the jog
-15 Long run just naturally cut down.
