I am back running again.
I took a week off after finding out I actually did have covid, so I guess me missing my state meet was necessary but still utterly disappointing. I am now torn what to do. I plan on following Summer Of Malmo, and using it this winter but actually keeping the workouts easy this time. I have 7 months until track season would end. Indoors is still a possibility in my state. Part of me wants to start training with normal mileage and just have progression runs as workouts for this first month, but I don’t know if this would be advisable or not. I plan on increasing mileage every month by 3-5 miles. Idk. I am in that weird situation again where I have a lot of time. If anyone has suggestions, I am all ears. Thanks.
