A week where I just ran to get in some aerobic work. I am about 3 weeks from my last race so I figured after slacking last week I might as well. I even split my 5k on tuesday solo on a much harder course than last saturday, which was good. Friday I just felt super good, and I could’ve hammered the last 5 miles but I didn’t think that was smart to do in season. This is my last week at 70 miles, hopefully I can perform when needed these last 3 weeks. I also have decided that I am going to continue running collegiately at a D3 school in illinois, which is very exciting. I do all my runs solo at the moment so knowing I will be a part of a great culture next year makes me super pumped.
