The conversion based on the uphill is about 5:05/mi, not accounting for the altitude (climbs from sea level to 5000')
I'd guess that Kilian could run about 65:00 for a real half based on this performance. He ran 5:05/mi effort for 86 minutes, so for a 65min race he should easily run 10 seconds per mile quicker. And then there's the altitude impact!
