Such a joke that they don’t stream the 10k but instead show a restream from earlier. It also doesn’t make sense that they’re having 2 hours between the 4x4 heats and the 10k.

They are not going to stream the 10k ?????
It’s only on the espn app but not on tv which is dumb. Not sure why they couldn’t just broadcast it.

Pretty decent pace, better than the past few years where it started with 75+. Back to back 70’s to start. This race is wide open. I’d pick Day if he didn’t look so tired and not even qualify in the 5k.

They're running 70s. Nothing else to know right now. 29:10 pace.
Two Coastal Carolina runners getting their moment in the spotlight pushing the pace early. 4:39 first mile. Respectable for NCAA final.
4:39 at 1600. Wildschutts from Coastal Carolina are leading. Whole pack still together.
Fyi - You shouldn't need a login for ESPN3. Lucky for me!
BYU runners all seem to be very keen to taking on fluids early.

You need a cable provider. It's possible your ISP has one or at least provides some credentials for one.
funny to see a few volunteers standing out with water cups on the straight, and a few of the athletes are partaking. might as well splash some water if they want to stay comfortable in the heat while everyone is chillin
Who needs water 6 minutes into a 10k?
