But a search of that exact bib number comes up blank.
Possible DQ for some reason?

Possible bib forgery?
That’s a thought.
The videos show her away from everything putting on her bib number. Almost like a self-promotion video. Then some clips with about a mile to go. Nothing at the finish though.
There is a short clip on her IG saying Finished 4th 1:12:45ish. Why “-ish”? Are you guys sure you’re looking at the right race? Something strange here.

Definitely looking at the right race. From the Oiselle Twitter:
https://mobile.twitter.com/oiselle/status/11352652548693114881 Rahma Tusa 01:09:08
3 Alice Wright 01:11:37
4 Margarita Hernandez 01:13:33
6 Georgia Porter 01:16:57
7 Hilary Corno 01:17:18
8 Jessica Rushton 01:19:03
9 Lauren Coury 01:19:30
11 Tana Kaskalla 01:22:04
12 Bonnie Axman Keating 01:22:08
17 Heather Mckirdy 01:25:04
This is what the website shows. When you search by her last name nothing pops up either.
Strange. But maybe not so strange? If you watch any of her workout videos, she often posts what her planned workout is, and then does something significantly different.
IDK. Still don't see her making the Olympic team.
Possible she didn’t cross the finish line because she really didn’t enter?
Who got 2nd? Those results are messed up.

Odd there is no listed time for her.
Do IG stories expire? One for her doesn’t even pop up on my end.
They shouldn't unless she deletes them. I too see nothing on her IG page, and she's usually right on top of her IG page.
old people don't know instagram?
yes, the whole point and differentiating factor is that instagram stories expire after 24 hours. instagram posts only disappear if deleted.
Are there really this many people who have never experienced not showing up in results due to a chip malfunction before?
Here's what we know:
1. she posted two weeks ago that she was returning to racing and was racing in San Diego
2. she doesn't have an elite bib number
3. not listed in the final results
4. nothing on her IG page
5. her bib number doesn't even show up
6. she wasn't with the elite women prior to the race start
Here's what we don't know:
1. what happened
David Monti does not have her in his results and he doesn’t miss things.
Seems a fairly obvious explanation. But why wouldn't she show up in the results as DNS? Her name doesn't appear at all.

My bad, wasn’t aware.
Here she is on the start line next to Alice Wright behind a barefoot guy that ran 6:51 in the marathon. Seems like if they could let this guy get to the front of the start line they could mess up her chip timing. RnR is a joke.
4. Her IG did have a story, since expired, showing a clip of her running and saying "4th 1:12:45ish." The -ish suggests to me she was aware there was some sort of irregularity.
