1. Sleep (because I'm tired)
2. Hot tub (because it feels good - not a waste of my time!)
3. Walking (because I have a history of pulling muscles, when I run within 72 hours of a marathon)
+1 to the easy running, cycling, hiking, walking, etc. Swimming probably isn't bad either.
