Iam 19 and I'm doing track and field for a year and a half.
After 2 months of training I did 17:52 on 5 km road race, After 5 months with a little specific work I 2'02 on 800, 2'38 on 1000 and 4'16 on 1500 then I hurt myself and not been able to finish my season .. I was able to do only 3 races last year. take again during 1 month and I hurt myself again during 1 month. I started again in November with some extra pounds, that same month I'm 16'43 on 5 km road race.
So we start the track season 1 month ago now and I'm 4'08 on my first 1500 of the season, 1 week later 2'33 on 1000m, last week 4'05 on 1500.
