So I am going to be a junior next fall and have run every event from the 200 to the 2 mile and am wondering what secondary event I should focus on as I would like to compete in college and want to have a big year this year. Here are my PRs
200- 23.2 Hand time (early February)
400- 49.x (rolling split of 4x400 May) done three times front april to May so I’m assuming worth a 50.x FAT?
800- 1:58low (May)
1600- 4:40
3200- 10:50
I play football in the fall and will be doing so again this year. I’m using this summer to work on my general endurance as I put in more miles my freshman year compared to this past year
