Several years removed now, not sure why I still click on this thread (let alone even visit letsrun) but glad to see the JPD jokes have stuck around.
30 pounds over race weight, hobby jog 20 miles per week, but maintaining a strong jpd of 3.0, btw.

They still let that dude coach XC at Cortland? He's run that program into the ground.

Yeah they only "let" a guy who won a national championship coach XC...
What has he done since? Cortland is irrelevant now. SUNY G BELIEVE!
Hahahahaha. Funny joke.
Matt Moran won a national championship. Patrick inherited a huge group of upperclassmen from Moran and held a stopwatch for them that year. He was a glorified chaperone to the NCAA meet.

There hasn't been one good distance coach in the SUNYAC since the Daniels/Moran era.

idk im a big fan of whoever is coaching at potsdam this month
Brockport, Oneonta, Oswego, and New Paltz all with new hires this summer. What the heck is going on in the SUNYAC???
No chance that these teams are relevant at the end of the year when it counts.
Geneseo, RPI, RIT, and SLU go to nationals.
Brockport has their guy. New Paltz made their hire. Oneonta didn't change.
Oswego doesn't look like they'll have any coaches before the season starts at this pace. Looks like chaos over there. Where did the previous coach go?
Doesn’t matter who they got. Still coming in 25th at regionals.
Who are some individuals to win it all for regionals?
Big Mac aka Sean McAnaney is clearly a favorite as well as Noah Falasco and Henry Jacques. I am also thinking that a SLU guy could win it all given that it is on their course.
Just did 15 miles at 5:00 mile pace then did 4x 20 second bong rips. What did you guys do today?

This is so stupid, our coach would never give us that tough of a workout in the summer. Anybody who actually runs at Oneonta knows that the actual workout was 6-8x 8” bong rips followed by hurdle drills and clamshells. Get your facts straight
Stockton will be a team on the rise. News to follow.
Who’s everyone’s Top 3 picks for E8, Liberty, and SUNYAC?

Liberty- RPI, Ithaca, RIT
SUNYAC- Geneseo, Oneonta, Brockport
Empire 8- I honestly couldn't tell you three teams in this conference without looking.
Potsdam will win SUNYAC's this year
the king is dead, long live.....
If he sticks around long enough, they will be good Sooner than later.
Hot take, Geneseo doesnt come top 2 at regionals this year
