L M A O!!!
Cognrats to Danny Aschale and Sean McAneny for continuing to be the biggest chokers on the national stage!
Very weak year in DIII. None of these kids who randomly became AA's will back it up with fast track times.

Laughing in the face of the guy who said only 3 people will be all American from Atlantic. There were 6 and Sean Mac would’ve been but he got pushed down and lost both shoes.
Yep, ya got me there. Muddy conditions really shook things up and a few AR individuals stepped up and took advantage of the chaos. I agree with the poster above that it also helped that it was a weak year, but at the end of the day those guys are still All-Americans even if I've never heard of them before. Congrats to all who made it happen today!
Too bad about Sean. I imagine he'll have a better track season. Not sure what that one poster meant about him "constantly under performing"? He had a bad nationals in 2017, and a bad nationals in track outdoors 2018, but other than that he has two all-american finishes? I'm figuring you're just jealous.

Whoa what happen to Sean MacEneny At nationals ? He went from 15 to 195 between 1k and 3k? A fall?
Super weird race, atlantic teams did fairly poorly .
Lmao what are you talking about? SLU were ranked 26th going into the race and they came in 15th. Apparently that's the best an at-large team from the Atlantic Region has done since 2011 (TCNJ-19th).
What happened to Jacob Davis? He blew up in November
huge shoutout to oneonta for not coming in dfl today
Anyone who loses to Oneonta should immediately be banned by the NCAA for being a puss
The NCAA should ban Bates then. But seriously, if you do better than your ranking then you had a good race. Good job to Oneonta, they came in ranked 32nd and finished 31st.
Way to early 2020 regional predictions
1. Geneseo
2. RPI
3. Ramapo
4. Ithaca
5. TCNJ
6. RIT
7. SLU
8. Rowan
9. NYU
10. Oneonta
Just remember, if your team finished worse than 21st, it would never have made the meet before they started watering things down. Spots 22 through 32 should receive "not classified." Sorry about that Ithaca and Oneonta. Maybe you'll exist next year!
Ramapo is trash.

6. RIT
7. SLU
8. Rowan
9. NYU
10. Oneonta
From regionals:
1. Geneseo: losing 3 of the top 7
2. RPI: losing 5 of the top 7
3. SLU: losing 4 of the top 7
4. Ithaca: losing 4 of the top 7
5. Oneonta: losing 5 of the top 7
6. Ramapo: losing 1 of the top 7
7. TCNJ: losing 3 of the top 7
8. Rochester: losing 4 of the top 7
9. Rowan: losing 2 of the top 7
10. RIT: losing 0 of the top 7
So Geneseo is Geneseo and will reload like always. RPI takes a big hit but I think they can develop and recruit well. SLU always seems to be in the mix but takes a big hit, along with Ithaca. Those schools can recruit well. Oneonta is in big trouble losing 5 and it doesn’t seem like the recruiting has been good at all. Ramapo is a team to watch only losing 1 guy and TCNJ is only losing 3. Rochester is out of it and Rowan and RIT losing 2 and 0 respectively. Considering all that
1. Geneseo
2. RPI
3. Ramapo
4. RIT
5. Ithaca
6. Rowan
7. TCNJ
8. SLU
9. Don’t know
10. Don’t know (Oneonta and Rochester drop out)
Looks like next year might be a good year for Jersey if they don’t all blow their loads at NJAC
As much crap we all give RIT, they will actually be good next year.
Especially with Otto "The King" Kingstedt returning for his final year, they'll be regaining 3 from their national teams of past. Look for another fantastic DFL from them

As much crap as we give New Jersey, they will not have any teams make nationals next year.

Imagine being in the region the year everyone sucks so bad an NJ team qualifies lmao
Did anyone see the new regional proposals from the NCAA? the Atlantic region might be dead. Its been a good ride...
If you remove seniors from Liberty League, RIT wins without them running their top guy Eissa, add in a couple other guys that were on co-op this season and they look like the 2nd best team in the region for next year. Looking at the league results gives you a look into the depth of RPI Ithaca and SLU rather than just looking at their top 7. RPI is next best and I wouldn’t put it past them to get a lot better with the people that return but right now it is RIT’s to lose. Ithaca is next best and SLU takes a major hit but we knew they were a four man team all season, and it just happens to be all four graduate.
Are we really doing this again? Every year RIT gets hyped up(by themselves, and I guess a couple of randos) and fails to deliver. Two and three years ago they had two outlier races to make nationals, but weren't anywhere near as good this year. Inconsistency of their scoring 5 and a lacking proven number one(what got them to nationals in the past), are still issues they have to address.
RIT is still Garbage wrote:

I've taken dumps that have performed better than RIT.
Kids on that team always seem to flock here and try to boost their morale by acting like they aren't a trash team, and it's the same with Brockport and the Jersey teams.
It ain't workin fellas.
inb4 more lame Otto returning for another year comments
