They can't sue him - fair use. LR does this all the time.

25k record = 61:30 half
Hall American half record = about 1:11:40 for 25k
Though this isn't adjusting for the course. By the looks of the video. That 25k race was pretty hilly. And he was all by himself. Houston half, where Hall set the American half record. That course is pretty flat.
