I'm a junior boy who has only decreased my mile time by 5 seconds since frosh year, and 4 seconds in the 32. My PRs are:
400: 57
800: 2:07
1600: 4:35
3200: 9:58
cross 5K: 16:21
What can I do to get faster for cross? I was thinking of trying to run a few doubles during the summer and maybe try to get up to 60 mile weeks. The most I ever ran was last cross we did 45mpw but this track we were down to 30. I want to have a breakout season so I can run in a good d2 program.
