I’m getting back in shape and I want to improve for track. I been going through a tough time and had depression. My diet was alright but ate fast foods once every week. I haven’t train for track and out of shape but I use to play soccer/football and boxed consistently 2 years ago. I’m 17 and I did 800M and I did horrible. I got 2:45 and felt disappointed in myself. What advice would you give for someone like me to improve greatly for track?
