I didn't think that this would be the case but i'm shocked. This is very apparent even on the slightest of inclines; my quads burn like crazy when riding the bike; whereas I can run up the same gradient without too much effort.
Has anyone else experienced this? - I didn't know my quads were that weak and I thought that running and cycling involved similar muscles
I do train my lower body once a week (My workout is basically a few warm up sets then 1 top set of 3 reps with 305lbs for the deadlift followed by 2 sets of 5 reps with 60lbs single leg bulgarian split squats)
