Jerry: do we have to have another interrogation down at the P.O.?

I’ve tried it out of curiosity and it worked (got delivered and everything without any fees) so you can try if you want
Sure, you can do it. You'll have to put the letter in their mailbox and put the little flag up, though, so the postman doesn't get wise to you.

When they try to return the letter to the sender for lack of a postage stamp, it will end up getting delivered to the place it's supposed to go, right?
Yes, people have done that successfully. You risk getting charged with mail fraud which is a federal offense. I suggest you do not do it.

But the reward of saving a stamp is greater than a federal offense, right?

Looks like a few people on this site think you can commit mail fraud and get away with it.
Not sure what the percentages are, but when considering other future crimes...

^That wasn't me. I'm just trying to be smart with my money.
"Smart with my money" so break the law? Steal from the gov.
I never tried it, but it was my genius criminal idea when I was a kid.

OMG there's so many! Ella Nelson, Annie Rubie, Liz Clay, Genevieve Lacaze, Abbie Taddeo, Maddie Coates, Clara Smith and so many more.
This is an agent of the United States Government. You are all under arrest for postal infractions. Everyone who has posted is guilty, whether pro or con in scheme to get "something for nothing" by cheating on your use of stamps.
Oh...I guess that makes me guilty, too 'cuz I am posting.
In that case...NEVER MIND!
I have a fairly large stamp collection that's been valued at $80k.

I would say that you're guilty of conspiracy to commit mail fraud. Your next post will be from jail.

Which fairly large stamps do you collect? Exactly how big are they?

yeah, but the OP troll wins today's competition.
Yes, you can. I’ve done it before. The key is to drop it off at a mail box a bit away from your house.
This works well for junk mail magazines. Stick them in an envelope, address the envelope and the return address. That’ll get them to take you off their mailing list.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?

How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?

Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
