Boling stated in an interview with a Texas track website that he did 400m training two days a week and jumps the other two days, plus a meet, and that he just ran his first 100m this season. So, there's likely a good deal of improvement left and he's been winning by a lot. However, if you consider that he is about a year older than your typical, traditional high school senior (he is going to turn 19 soon), you can compare him to college athletes and there he is doing very well.
100m 10.13 (9.94 is the top legal mark in 2019;Bolling's time is .02 outside top ten athletes but no frosh are in the top ten; 9.98w would be #2 all conditions behind 9.95w)
200m 20.58 (best is 19.76; Bolling's time is .25 outside the top ten athletes (he will likely run more like 20.2-20.3 later on))
400m relay 44.75 (if this were 400m open, he would be #3 (best 400m open is 44.38), but add on something like .7 to 1.0 to get a 45.45-45.75 estimate for 400m open and 45.47 is tenth best performer for the open, so he would be not far from there//as far as relay carries from 2018 and 2019 that I found, this would be an excellent one but might not be top ten)
lj 26 3 1/2" (I thought he did a 26'9 but haven't found a better mark than this one from the end of March) tied for 8th best performance, one centimeter behind Grant Holloway
Give him competition of a higher level and it's likely he will improve each of these marks, so age aside, he's good.
