My last 1600 was April 29th, I ran a pr of 4:35. However, my coach did a time trial, and no one else on my team is under 5:00, so I was on my own.

Last week I did a set of 4x800 @ 2:13 (3 min rest).

The first two were pretty easy. In the third one the last 100m was rough, and in the last one, I felt it with 250 left.
