It is quite a rarity seeing a great physique who does great in distance running both in the past and present . Steve Prefontaine also comes to mind . Amazing how both their first names are Steve .
How did they maintain their amazing body composition ?
I know most of you don't mind how you look as long as you are running fast times but won't it be better to look strong and also run fast ?
I have recently started doing around 70 miles a week and already looking like a grasshopper . I am worried i'll end up looking like a stick if i do 100 miles . Please help
