1:30 is slower than 800m world record pace, but faster than 1000m world record pace.
I still think a sub 2:00 in a legitimate race is probably at least decades away.

The ultimate limit is between 0 and 1 seconds.
Cretinous fu*kwittery aside, the average reaction time is 0.17 seconds. The IAAF, has a rule that if the athlete moves within 0.1 seconds after the gun has fired the athlete has false-started.
