Hello, I have been struggling with this decision for a while now and want to get the advice of people from this board that may have struggled with a similar situation before.
I am a very slow now, I was a below-average D2 xc guy, but haven't trained seriously since graduating 3 years ago.
I love running and have always loved being a part of the running community, but it feels like I have a long way to go to regain my fitness. I've been running 5 days a week lately, hitting roughly 40-50km, and I am just wondering: is running worth it for me?
