I did 12 reps of 200m on a nearby hill. The gradient was between 5 and 6%. The rest I had between each interval was 90 seconds of light logging down the hill ready for next rep. I like to involve myself in all-comers meets. I am at an age where I will never PR because my best days are way behind but zi aiming to maintain fitness as long as possible and break my best times this year which were 2:51 and 6:09.
45, 45, 43, 45, 44, 45, 45, 45, 44, 45, 41, 39 were my times.
Wasn’t the hardest workout I have ever done but blimey did I get a good sweat on. It was by no means “easy” lol.
