Who has the weirdest running group in the US?
Whether a random group of amateurs, a random day/time/place during the week, a bizarre ritual or something else entirely, what are some of the weird running groups out there?

I suppose the Nude Nymphomaniac Runners have to rank high. You have to be both to join. They run a lot but lots of maternity leave too.

There is a group where I live who call themselves the north end runners. Two times a week they meet up and run 3-5 miles, never much farther. They've become quite popular and their meet ups get to over 50, so its noticeable. They wear matching tank tops with their group name. Nothing wrong with that, but they like to vary the location where they run. Which means they take over the parking lots at local businesses, preventing people who want to go to these from parking there. As far as I know they don't meet up for weekend long runs; they never run more than 5 miles in these meet ups.

The group may have a point on polygamy, though.
