If you are that sore that it hurts to walk,
1) It will take time for your body to adjust to running so much.
2) Foam roll or use a roller stick every night.
3) Don't regularly use ibuprofen. Only in desperate times.
4) Full-body icebath.

Quit whining kiddo, many of us have physically tiring jobs and still have to train. I work in a warehouse, and everything hurts at the end of the day. A nap, plus foam rolling, some food and coffee afterwards helps a bit though.

First of all, you get tired from walking up stairs? I mean I get that it seems no matter how fit you are stairs get your breath going (at least that seems to be the case to me), but if you’re getting so tired you think it’s affecting your training, that’s another level. I’d guess that if that’s the case, it’s not actually the stairs you should be worried about. I’d say to make sure you consistently roll out and stretch after runs, and to regularily (once a week?) take ice baths. I doubt the stairs are giving you the trouble, probably just not properly recovering from the previous day’s workout.
Foam roll, do core, do your warmups and cool downs. Make sure you take easy days easy enough. Most Americans, indeed most people in the first world spend too much time sedentary. Just an hour to two a day of running isn't enough time out of a chair, but what can we do. Get up and take short walks during the day if possible. Do dynamic stretching.
Michael Granville's dad used to keep him out of school a day or two before a track meet.
