Hi all, Recently after upping my mileage over 10 mile, my IT band pain came back.
The pain was on the outside of my knee and enough to make me stop.
I'm running the London Marathon in 5 days and have seen a sports therapist who has used massage and K tape.
Unfortunately, after a few miles, the pain come back.
I have to run this and was wondering if anyone has a miracle tip to get me through the run on Sunday?
I do have an IT band support but so far haven't had any relief.
I'm taking Cherry active, anti inflammatory tablets, stretching my TFL, glutes and foam rolling but fear it won't be enough.
I know the injury requires time and rest but time is something I sadly don't have.
Any advice is much appreciated.
