Now you are out on deep water. The Tinman 10 k paced training is not like Kipchoges (Sangs) training system. JS training system ( Dancan ) is much more look alike. If you check the Sang system you will see that the two most used paces at the intervals are maxVO2 pace and lactate threshold pace ( about half marathon pace ). And you forget to count with the altitude ( 7000- 8000 feet ). Sang use paces very similar to Daniels!
