It hurts to run from the first couple of steps but then once I warm up the pain goes away. Pain when I try to lift my toes up off the ground (dorsiflexion). If I get on a wobble board it hurts when my heel is close to the ground and toes are pointing up. The location is of the pain is where the x is in the photos below. If I push on that x toward the bony thing sticking out (i.e. don't press straight in but kind of go toward the bony part), I can feel a small area where the pain seems to be coming from.
Is this tendonitis? Peroneal or achilles? Something else? Thanks!
